The Sala Regia
Zusammenfassung
Even the hallways of the Sala Regia are adorned with massive frescoes and baroque ornamentation. It was through these hallways that we were also taken by the Dutch papal sacristan, Archbishop van Lierde, who granted permission for a private nighttime showing of the Sistine chapel.
