Zusammenfassung
While the Pantelicon marble walls are white from the exterior, when viewed from the interior, the 28 millimeter thick panels are translucent, the limitation of film in 1984 results in an accurate color rendition of the translucent marble but leaves the liturgical center in an apparent silhouette. The architect, Franz Fueg, referred to the church as simply a wrapper for liturgy. Nonetheless, the church in its elegant simplicity and beauty conveys a quiet aura of devotion.
