Abstract
The interior of the mega-church witnesses to both its success in gathering worshippers as well as the problem of making a visual witness to the Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper. While mega-churches have been quick to follow the example of Robert Schuller in using a jumbo-tron to make the minister visible for the proclamation of the word, they have been amazingly slow to also use it for Baptisms and the Lord's Supper. In many churches the provision for music has eliminated the visual emphasis on table and font.
