Abstract
Architects: Marcel Breuer and Herbert Beckhard. Here Breuer repeats the idea of the banner, but the banner is also the west wall of the great church room supporting as well the cross and the bells or campanille. The trapezoidal banner belies the simplicity of the church, which is composed of simple rectangular plans. The rectangular atrium court is surrounded by a low wall. Within that court is a low rectangular building which is the baptistry, marking the entrance to the Christian faith as in many great early and medieval christian churches.
