William G. Rusch

Over more years perhaps than I wish to recall I have had the privilege to be associated with Donald J. Bruggink in the work of the Commission on Faith and Order of the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA Professor Bruggink has always impressed me with his deep commitments to the church and the ecumenical movement, as well as his insistence on the highest standards of scholarship in the service of the church. Thus I wish to express my appreciation for the invitation to contribute to this issue of the Reformed Review published in his honor.
